Reservation of accommodation is conditional to the payment of a deposit of 50% of the total price of the ordered services (by postal order or bank transfer). If the deposit is not paid by the specified date, the reservation is automatically canceled. The guesthouse is entitled to offer the stay to another person.
In case of cancellation, we follow the rules on this page. Nevertheless, we try to meet our guest´sneeds to the maximum and deal with each cancellation individually. If it is only possible and the guest will notify us of the cancellation in time, we try to fill the canceled stay with other guests. We can compensate the canceled stay by offering an alternative term. In case that the canceled capacity is additionally occupied by the others, the cancellation fees will be reduced, canceled or their amount will be settled by agreement.
If the guest cancels the ordered stay, the cancellation fee (at least 200, - CZK) will be deducted from the paid deposit as follows:
* Up to 30 days before arrival: 10% of the accommodation price (200, - CZK min)
* 29 - 14 days before arrival: 20% of the accommodation price (200, - CZK min)
* Less than 14 days before arrival: 50% of the price of accommodation
Surcharge for accommodation
Surcharge for ordered services (accommodation, meals or other services) is payable on the day of arrival by cash payment (CZK,EUR,PLN) or with cards (Visa, Mastercard). In the case of early termination of the stay there is no entitlement to a refund.
Cancellation - Change due to force majeure
The accommodation provider reserves the right to cancel the ordered services if necessary (force majeure intervention).
The stay begins with check-in between 2 PM and 6 PM. After this time please let s know in advance. Guests check in at the restaurant/reception, which is part of the pension. Here you fill in the application form (personal details of all persons, ID or other travel document neccessary) and pay the balance.
Discounts can be applied on the day of arrival for accommodation upon presentation of a valid document or coupon. Discounts do not add up and only one at the time is applicable.
Guests are kindly requested to leave the room on the day of departure by 10 AM latest. Another option is to store luggage until the afternoon in the storage area.
